Meet Our Founder

Yogacharya Vikram is a renowned yoga guru and spiritual leader. Born in Kathmandu, Nepal in 1979, Acharya Vikram has been interested in spirituality and yoga since his childhood. At the age of 14, he left home to deepen his knowledge of yoga and spirituality. Since then, he has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years, visiting 7 countries and teaching nearly 30,000 students.

Currently, Yogacharya Vikram heads the Ashtanga Yoga Educational and Cultural Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the ancient practices of yoga, Ayurveda and naturopathy. Under his leadership, the Trust started the Ashtanga Yoga and Wellness Center to spread the benefits of traditional yoga and holistic health practices to people in Nepal and beyond.

Yogacharya Vikram’s mission is to share the timeless wisdom of yoga and Vedic teachings with audiences worldwide. As he says, “Happiness comes from spirituality.” Through his teachings, writings, and humanitarian works, Yogacharya Vikram has transformed countless lives by helping others discover their innate wisdom, peace and radiance.

Vanshika Goyal

Head of Faculty

Vanshika Goyal serves as the Head of Faculty at Ashtanga Yoga & Wellness Center. Originally from Himachal Pradesh, India, Vanshika has been interested in spirituality and wellness since childhood. She was an active volunteer with The Art of Living, participating in their social initiatives and youth programs.

Vanshika is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance. She also holds a certification in Yoga from the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) of the Government of India. With over 10 years of experience teaching Yoga and Pranayama, Vanshika aims to spread awareness about the physical and mental benefits of Yoga and help her students achieve holistic well-being.

Her teaching style focuses on balancing effort and ease while encouraging her students to develop awareness of breath and body. Vanshika is particularly passionate about empowering women through the practice of Yoga. She continues to enhance her own learning through regular practice and by attending workshops and teacher trainings.
